Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly—but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard (3-7 business days): $4.90 or FREE on orders over $50

  • Expedited (2-3 business days): $6.90

International Shipping

  • Standard International: Rates calculated at checkout

  • Delivery estimates: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. You can track your order directly through the link provided.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your item, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us—we’ll do our best to help.
